We’re an independent digital consultancy with big ambitions. With offices in Belgium, India and the UK, we support a wide range of businesses. We build digital teams and deliver digital solutions. We are hiring a SAP CRM Lead with 10+ years of experience.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities

Define and execute unit test, integration test, and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live support.

Ensures consistent,
timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Keep track of
customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision.
Must Have
- At least 10 years of experience on SAP CRM.

Should have
experience on Contracts Management, Case Management, Install base, Service
Finance Integration, Service Confirmation, and Interaction Centre.

Experience with
both Project and Production Support.

Should have
experience in CRM Services and ECC(SD) - CRM integration.
- Should have experience in SAP CRM Contract, Service Order Management, cross functional module integration, IBASE.
- Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area.
- Should be highly self-motivated, self-driven and independent in daily operations.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
