We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Integration Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think

spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
-
Lead
and plan the definition, analysis, validation, documentation and maintenance of
business requirements and process flows for large size/complexity/system risk
multi-application projects by working in close collaboration with customers and
other divisions and in line with evolving business requirements.

Perform
simple to complex data mapping among the different data managed or required in
between software applications.

Understand
end-to-end business and systems processes flow among different software
applications in order to identify when data needs to be provided and what will
trigger it.

Ensure
that non-functional requirements are analysed, defined, and are in line with
customer expectations and Company standards.
- Validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions.
- Act as a coordinator and facilitate discussion within the people involved in order to and get clarification and agreement on business requirement until solution is fully designed.
- Collaborate closely with architecture, development and quality assurance team in an agile way of working and via 3 amigos meeting to co-create the solution.
- Facilitate the demo to end-users and when needed, organize the User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement on how to have maximum effectiveness in a changing, Agile environment. Participating in the life of the squad and in the Agile ceremonies.
Must Have
-
5-10
years experience as Business Analyst in highly Secured / Compliant environment.

Must possess knowledge of SAP (OTC, S4/HANA).

Must have experience with integration projects.

Experienced in mapping and migration.
- Good written and spoken knowledge of English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving mind.
Nice to have
- Mulesoft working expertise is a big asset (if supporting integration project).
- Knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of UML, Visio, or similar software.
- Experience in the Financial Sector.
